About the Print

The mountain ranges of Patagonia are so recognizable and iconic, that I just had to paint them. Patagonia is high on my wishlist of places to visit, and I want this painting to convey the feeling of inspiration I get when looking at these peaks.

The Canvas Tote was born with purpose: to fit all the vegetables you could ever need from the farmers market, to carry the entire charcuterie board and a pack of sparkly water to the lake, to transport towels, bathing suits and sunscreen for the whole famm damily to the beach.

All in impeccable style.

Ok maybe it is just a bag with handles, but jeez it does a darn good job of it.

Care Instructions

First and foremost, your pack requires daily walks and adventures in order to maintain its well-being. And if you uphold these responsibilities, you may notice a light yet persistent layer of grubbiness form on the vibrant colors of your pack. When this happens, it may be time to give it the ol' scrub-a-dub. We've put together a short instructional video for your entertainment. Please enjoy.

  1. Remove backpad.
  2. Use any "grease" removal laundry detergent (here we use Spray & Wash with great success). Apply directly on pack or onto a rag or sponge and scrub vigorously over any dirty areas.
  3. Let the detergent soak in for about 5 minutes.
  4. Toss in the laundry. We recommend using hot water and then just not showering for a couple days to make up for it.
  5. Voila!

About the Artist

Lizzy Dalton is an artist and tattooer based in Portland, Oregon. Originally from New York state, she moved to the west coast in 2015. After spending several years living in New York City, she was ready to be closer to the big mountains and wild landscapes that inspire her most.

Lizzy’s love of nature and the outdoors has always been the biggest source of inspiration for her art. She’s been an avid rock climber for many years, and around 2014 she began creating landscapes that aim to express some of the emotions that climbing and similar outdoor activities evoke.

In her work she hopes to capture a sense of awe and wonderment, feelings peacefulness and balance, and the inspiration that drives us to seek out adventure in the outdoors. Lizzy enjoys experimenting with many different artistic media, but most of her paintings are done with a combination of pens and acrylics.

In 2021, Lizzy fulfilled a longtime dream by taking up the art of tattooing. These days most of her working time is spent creating art for skin rather than paper or canvas, but she continues to explore similar themes and styles in her tattoo work.
