About the Print
This print reminds us that the early alarm clock is worth it to capture fleeting moments of alpenglow on the mountain. Surrounded by trees, the sun rises above the lake that captures the reflection of a perfect morning.
The Canvas Tote
It’s just a bag with handles you say?
Not this tote.
The Canvas Tote was born with purpose: to fit all the vegetables you could ever need from the farmers market, to carry the entire charcuterie board and a pack of sparkly water to the lake, to transport towels, bathing suits and sunscreen for the whole famm damily to the beach.
All in impeccable style.
Ok maybe it is just a bag with handles, but jeez it does a darn good job of it.
The Canvas Series
The Canvas Series is a Free Range collaboration with artists who live to get lost in the mountains. A portion of each sale goes directly back to the artist who painted/illustrated/imagined your print.
Made in Vietnam.

Care Instructions
Care Instructions
First and foremost, your pack requires daily walks and adventures in order to maintain its well-being. And if you uphold these responsibilities, you may notice a light yet persistent layer of grubbiness form on the vibrant colors of your pack. When this happens, it may be time to give it the ol' scrub-a-dub. We've put together a short instructional video for your entertainment. Please enjoy.
- Remove backpad.
- Use any "grease" removal laundry detergent (here we use Spray & Wash with great success). Apply directly on pack or onto a rag or sponge and scrub vigorously over any dirty areas.
- Let the detergent soak in for about 5 minutes.
- Toss in the laundry. We recommend using hot water and then just not showering for a couple days to make up for it.
- Voila!

About the Artist
Stephanie Moon is a full time artist living and working in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Originally from Michigan, Stephanie has always had a close relationship with nature, fostered during visits to her grandmas cottage ‘up north’ and to the shores of Lake Michigan. Stephanie earned her BFA in Painting from Western Michigan University in 2008 and immediately headed west to Colorado in 2009. Stephanie has been a full-time artist since 2024 when she shifted away from traditional education and into the professional art world. She maintains a studio at the Cottonwood Center for the Arts in downtown Colorado Springs.
Stephanie’s work captures the essence of the mountains: “My work aims to tell the story of the earth and its’ explorers through landscape, via an unapologetic use of vivid color and bold mark making. I create my work from a collection of marks, small lines and dots, which collectively add up to represent the vibration and movement of nature. I love creating work that shows that fleeting nature, the things that won’t last but need to be captured. We have stories to tell about our experiences with the earth."
Well made bag and the design is amazing!
