 If you requested a local pick up for an online order, please visit our warehouse, Collective Pallet. The order is usually ready in the afternoon of the next business day but please wait until you receive an email saying your order is ready for pick up. Make sure to enter through the door at backside of the building from the parking lot, not from the street (see the picture below).
